Nuisances, blight, safety issues and HPOZ violations in the Harvard Heights area can now be reported to the UNNC Nuisance and Blight Abatement Program, created by NANDC chair Leslie Evans and adopted by Steve Wallis for the UNNC area.
Violations and concerns cam be sent to Raphael Lieberman by e:mail or via the Harvard Heights web site (to be launched soon). Raphael will go to the location(s), photograph the existing conditions, and
send that info to Bill Gisbrecht of the Angelus Vista Neighborhood Assn. who will create a report to be presented to the UNNC board. The Board will vote on the report and if passed, Bill will send it out to all appropriate city entities for action.
