Councilman Wesson and staff’s hard work, co-ordinating the different funding agencies with property owner George Amram, paid off May 26 with the ground breaking ceremony for the Wilshire Vista Plaza. The plaza will be a welcome boost to the vision of Pico as a shoppers dream destination.
