The Saban Community Clinic provides free high-quality and compassionate medical and dental care, social services and education and outreach to men, women and children in need.

While services are free to the community, they will assist you in determining if you qualify for one or more of their programs.  They can also help you determine your eligibility for Medi-Cal and help you get a Benefits Information Card (BIC) if you do not already have one.  If you do have a BIC please bring it with you.

What they take care of:
Primary, preventive and specialty care for adults and children, Prenatal care, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Continuity care for diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure and other chronic conditions,  Optometry, Pharmacy/Medications, Cancer screenings, DiagSABnostic and laboratory services, Sexually transmitted disease diagnosis and treatment, High-risk youth services, Chiropractic care, Physical therapy, Rapid HIV testing, Wellness classes, including nutrition, yoga and diabetes education

Mental Health and Case Management:
Crisis intervention counseling, Short-term therapy, Shower facilities for homeless clients, Group Class for Teens on Monday at 4:30 p.m., Group Class for parents of elementary age children on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
Education and Outreach
Health education, including chronic disease management and weight loss, Peer to peer education, Sexual reproductive health education and counseling,                         
HIV counseling and testing - Strictly confidential.. Highly accurate test. Quick results (20 minutes), Walk-in appointments, Friendly, professional staff
